e-Callisto: LEARMONTH to FIT data converter

This tool calls a script which downloads and processes the spectrograms data files from the Learmonth Observatory (Australian Space Weather Forecasting Centre - ASWFC). The SRS data file is then converted to FIT format, compatible with e-Callisto.
